1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are entered into between Astro Digital SL and the company or professional accepting an invitation to Far. Anyone creating an account confirms that they have authority to accept these terms on their own behalf or on behalf of their organisation.
2. Beta service
Far is a beta service. It may change, contain errors or experience interruptions. Access is provided for evaluation and professional work with authorised accounts. There is no service-level commitment during the beta unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Google Ads and read-only scope
Google displays a broad permission for its Ads API because it does not offer a separate read-only OAuth permission. Far limits its own connector to reporting queries and does not implement operations to create, edit, pause or delete accounts, campaigns, budgets, ads or keywords. Users remain responsible for any changes they make directly in Google Ads.
4. Client obligations
- Connect only accounts they are authorised to access.
- Keep access credentials secure and enable required safeguards.
- Do not enter personal lead data, passwords, tokens, payment data, sensitive data or unlawful content.
- Review metrics and outputs before making decisions; advertising attribution is not a single definitive financial record.
- Do not attempt to bypass limits, controls or separation between clients.
5. Artificial intelligence features
AI features are optional and must be explicitly enabled for each project. They may process business context and minimised metrics, but must not receive end-customer personal data. Responses may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person.
6. Data, confidentiality and security
Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information. Astro Digital applies reasonable controls for access, encryption, logging, backups, project separation and incident response. Processing on behalf of the client is also governed by the DPA.
7. Pricing
The private beta does not, by itself, create a paid subscription. Any subsequent prices, limits and commercial terms will require separate acceptance or a service order.
8. Ownership and feedback
Astro Digital retains the rights to Far. The client retains the rights to their data and materials. Feedback may be used to improve the product without publicly identifying the client or disclosing their confidential information.
9. Suspension, archiving and termination
Astro Digital may suspend access due to security risks, unlawful use or material breach. The client may disconnect Google Ads, archive projects or request account closure. Permanent deletion requires the owner’s confirmation, removes the project’s associated operational data from the active system and releases the project. A Google authorisation reused by other projects is not automatically revoked; the user may explicitly revoke it. Backups expire according to their retention cycle.
10. Warranties and liability
Far provides informational support and does not guarantee improved results, exact attribution or the complete absence of errors. It does not replace professional, accounting or legal judgement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies and, for exclusively professional relationships, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
